All trial purchases, including 1-day and 14-day plans, are strictly non-refundable. By subscribing to a trial plan, users acknowledge that they are evaluating the system before committing to a paid subscription.
All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a monthly billing cycle has started, no full or partial refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.
Refunds are only applicable to annual subscription plans and are governed by the following fixed tiers:
Note: Refund tiers are fixed and not prorated. Partial month usage will be rounded up to the next full month when determining eligibility.
"Usage" is defined as the time elapsed from the subscription start date, not actual system activity. For example, if a subscription begins on January 10, each billing month is calculated from that date forward.
